The property is tucked behind lush greens and our air-conditioned deluxe villa has a comfortable double bed with a private toilet & bath, a balcony and your basic essentials. We can accommodate up to three guests for an additional charge. Our common area boasts of an in-house restaurant where guests are allowed to chill-out, dine, work or just relax.

Our property is located away from the hustle and bustle, only two minutes away from the famous surf spots of Jacking Horse & Cloud 9 and six minutes away from General Luna town proper by motorbike. We can assure our guests a peaceful and comfortable stay after a full day of surfing and exploring the island.

All in-house guests may freely access the common area and dining space where they are welcome to relax, eat or work.

As we live on the property, guests may reach out to us for any immediate concerns. We can also help them plan their activities and tours to ensure that they get the best of what the island has to offer.

Our neighbourhood has a peaceful and relaxing environment. In fact, if you listen well enough you can hear the crashing of the waves at a distance. Restaurants & cafes are now sprouting around the property.

The easiest way to get around is to rent a scooter or a motorbike which we do have in the property as well. We may also assist you should you wish to rent private vehicles or other means of transportation. Our space offers a parking area for vehicles as well.
