【FAQ】

1. Do we have to share the place with someone else?
- No. The entire unit is only for you during your stay here :)

2. I may be cooking. Do you have any pots and pans?
- Yes our kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils that is perfect for light cooking. There are many shops nearby for you to buy the ingredients and tools that you need.

3. Do you have a washing machine?
- Yes we do provide washing machine too, if you need it. Perfect for long stay guests :)

4. Can I have a small gathering in the unit?
- Party/event is only allowed on case-by-case basis. Please contact me in advance if you are planning for any event. I reserve the right to refuse entry if unpaid guests are found in my unit without prior approval.

5. How should I contact you?

(1) Cleaning fee paid upon checkout process is for check-in apartment only. There will be no housekeeping cleaning throughout the stay. Daily housekeeping is available for a surcharge.

(2) Amenities will not be replenished. Towels provided will not be changed throughout the stay.

(3)Do not wear shoes in the house.
Do not make noise after 11pm.
Do not smoke in the house.
Take care of the key & access card.
Any damage to the room will charge accordingly.
