There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Needless to say, being in Danga Bay and surrounded by cabs, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
(TIP: Hail a CAB or GRABCAR. It's well worth it. Traffic is REALLY bad in Danga Bay, so avoid peak hour traffic if possible between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-9pm on weekdays).

If you drive, there's limited FREE visitor parking inside the building itself based on a first come first serve basis. Free parking for 1st 3 days, subsequent days will be charged RM10/day.
