Housing ideally situated in 5-10 minutes of the Park Disneyland in RER and the Val d'Europe mall.

The apartment is situated in a residence quiet and secured with a badge, situated in a new residential area.
It gives onto a green space behind the residence. There is a collective laundry in which you can have access if you wish.

Near the housing, you will find a large number of conveniences.
In around 500 meter you have:
- The RER(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK),
- Buses
- A lot of restaurants and stores,
- The Val d'Europe mall as well as the Valley Village (Outlet de Luxe) in whom you can goto do shopping.

To park your car, you will have a privative secure underground parking in which you can leave your vehicle.

Inside the apartment you will have all the necessary comfort to stay:
- Fully-equipped kitchen (microwaves, refrigerator, induction, Nespresso).
- Possibility of eating up to 7 dinner guests on a extendable table.

Towels are at your disposal if need.
Sheets are supplied. However if you prefer to use your sheets and your towels, make it know us during your reservation, we shall leave your beds without sheets.

Arrival times will be between 2 pm and 12 pm and more, keys were arranged in a locked situated in my box in letters. The code will be given once the reservation made. To enter the first time, it will be necessary to you to wait that somebody go home or goes out because it is necessary to swipe to go into the residence. However, between 2 pm and 9 pm the passage is regular and it is very rare to have to wait more of 5-10mn. If you have to arrive a little later or late at night, it is always possible to enter, only the passage is a little less frequent. This system allows you to arrive without imperative schedules with myself. On the other hand, once the collected keys, you will have the badge at your disposal what will allow you to enter at any time you want.

The departure will be made at maximum 11 am.

- By car by the highway A4, exit Montévrain
- From Orly airport, special shuttle Disney is available every hour. Once in the park, take the RER A(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK) exit Val d'Europe. (only 1 station).
- From Roissy airport CDG, special shuttle Disney is available every hour. 60mn to go to the park. Once in the park, take the RER A(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK) exit Val d'Europe. (only 1 station). A TGV is also available from CDG to go to Disney. In 15mn you will be at the park.
- In TGV, arrival at Marne la Vallée Chessy then RER A(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK) exit Val d'Europe. (only 1 station)
- From Paris, in RER A(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK) exit Val d'Europe.

To go to Disney:

- In RER (REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK), Direct access by the line A which is situated in 300 meters of the apartment. A single station separates you from the park, 5mn to go there, direct arrival to the entrance of Disney.
- By bus, line 43, 30 minutes to go to the park.
- By car, 5mn to arrive to the park.

To go to Paris.

- By car by highway A4, approximately 45 minutes at 1h to go to the center of Paris depending of the traffic.
- In RER(REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK), line A. 45mn at 1h to go to the center.

- From Roissy CDG airport, Disney special shuttles are available every hour or a train brings you back in 15 minutes to the park. Once at the park, take the RER A exit Val d'Europe. (1 station).
- By TGV, arrival at Marne la Vallée Chessy then RER A, stop Val d'Europe (1 station).
- From Paris, by RER line A, stop Val d'Europe.
