Why stay in any condo when you can stay in our One Bedroom Deluxe End Unit Smart Condo. This fully furnished unit is overlooking Manila Bay and the world famous Manila Bay Sunset. This Netflex enabled SMART condo allows you to operate your Lights, AC and TV with your voice. Very close to the Cultural Center, the World Trade Center, the US Embassy (2 mi.), and Mall of Asia (3 mi). Only 7 miles from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL). 5 miles from Makati Financial District.

There are only 2 of these units in every floor of the building. It has a high end queen mattress (not foam). What makes this Deluxe End unit special is that it is a "smart" condo. You can tell Alexa to turn on AC, lights, and TV. You can also tell Alexa to open your bedroom shade while you are still in bed. You will then be able to appreciate the beautiful view of the world famous Manila bay. Living room and Dining area also a great view of the Bay.

Parking in the building is payable directly to Breeze Residences. The first 2 hours cost 30PHP and the succeeding hours cost 10PHP per hour. There is no overnight fee, only continues hourly payment. Guests will have access to the amenities like the swimming pool at the rate of 150PHP per person on regular days and 300PHP per person on holidays.

I am based in the United States so I will not be able to personally meet you. My co-host will be meeting guest/s on my behalf during the check-in and check-out processes. If you have any requests, preferences, or concerns. Please do let me know by sending a message via agoda. We will provide local contact after you made your reservation.

Due to Covid-19, the condo management requires the following, 2 days before arrival:

1. Accomplishment of Health and Travel History Declaration Form (We will provide the form)
2. Copy of medical certificate of good health condition for Guest/s or Visitor/s that will be coming within the Philippines. (Most likely, from the Municipal Health Officer or from your Barangay)
3. FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS: Copy of COVID-19 negative test result within 14 days for Guest/s or Visitor/s with international travel history for the past 14 days.

After confirming your (URL HIDDEN) Please send us a list of people that will be staying in the unit. Please make sure to let us know your expected time of arrival at least a day before your check-in date. This is to ensure a smooth check-in process and to avoid waiting in the condominium lobby. Also, let us know of your expected departure time so my co-host can meet with you to check you out and are able to return the key. Please be prepared to leave an ID to the guard while you are in the building.

Please avoid cooking food with a strong smell e.i. fish and meat with a lot of spices in the morning of your checkout date. The smell takes time to get rid of and may cause inconvenience to the next guest/s.

Note that voice-activated technology and Alexa are in its infancy so there might be some bugs in using them.
