Room is located in tower 1 15th floor. This Taal view unit was designed to provide a relaxing retreat for you and your family. It’s a 42sqm condotel spacious enough for a family or a group.

It has a prime location close to great views, restaurants and dining, family friendly activities, casino and night life. You will love our place because of the amazing view from the balcony.

Our unit is furnished with a tv set,, fast and reliable WIFI, mini ref, a microwave oven, percolator, complete set of utensils, flat iron, blower.

NOTE: room can accommodate MAX OF 5 PERSONS ONLY. Violation for this policy will have a penalty of room overcrowding amounting to 2500 pesos as per SMDC Admin policy.

All guests will have an access to our Clubhouse. We have an olympic sized indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools with 1 kiddie pool. (pls wear proper swimming attire). Pool usage is 150/head during regular days and 300 during holidays. If you wish to use the pool, vouchers must be paid in advance since admin office is closed on weekends. Time for the pool access is from 8am-10pm. The area is guarded with 24/7 security.

Our place is a 2-minute drive away from Sky Ranch (approx 600 meters). It is close to restaurants and fast food chains. Restaurants are available in the upper ground level of the building. Shops and supermarkets are walking distance away. Laundry shops nearby are accessible.

We will be needing your valid/ government I.D/Passport upon registration at the frontdesk of the lobby.

A security deposit of php1000 will be collected. This is refundable upon check out.

Check out time of 11am must be followed. (We can not give any time extension for the benefit of our next guests. Please give us ample time to prepare and clean the unit).
Should there be no guests checked in prior to your arrival, you can have an extension with a minimal charge to be collected.
