Just remember that no matter where you are in Tokyo, you can probably find a station within walking distance. Tokyo train lines are a mixture of both public lines, known as JR (for Japan Railways) and various private train companies, as well as a network of subway lines connected to most major train stations.

To Shinjuku Station from Shibuya Station is 160 yen in 7 minutes by JR Yamamote Line.
To Ginza Station from Shibuya Station is 200 yen in 15 minutes by Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

The apartments in the building (including outdoor areas such as balconies), public areas (escape ladders, first floor halls, garbage station, etc.) are completely non-smoking. If it is found that smoking in the above places, the management company has the right to request a fine of 5,000JPY as the fee for the removal of smoking smell. If it is found by cleaning company after check-out that there will be found the payment as well.
