Church Heights has 3 cosy double bedrooms, 1 generous twin bedroom and 1 Single bedroom. The large kitchen, living and dining space has plenty of room to spread out. It has a gorgeous family bathroom with a shower over the bath and on the 2nd floor an en-suite shower room.

Access is via a lockbox which is situated on the property. It is right hand side of the number 10 letterbox on the wall. The main front door is to the right of the main building up a few steps.

Church Heights is situated overlooking Pontypool town centre and had everything is close by. There is a Tesco Superstore around 5 minute drive away and Pontypool Indoor Market which has lots of shop local stalls. There are a number of high street shops as-well as local businesses. Osbourne Road where Church Heights is situated has also got local shops for any emergencies.

Pontypool is central to the Brecon Beacons, Abergavenny, and Monmouth, all are only 15 - 30 mins drive away. The closest bus stop is situated on George street roughly a 5 min walk and Pontypool town centre is a 10 minute walk away. Your close to the main A4042 which can take you back into Newport and the M4 or onto the main Head of The Valleys road linking all 4 valleys together. Pontypool and New Inn train station is ideally accessible via car or Bus and is 14 minutes drive away from Church Heights.

There is on street parking at the front of the property but also a public car park just behind with a small path that leads to the side of the property where the door is.
