The Doorman's House is a one-bedroom apartment, the perfect base when visiting Lisbon. Conveniently located near Alameda and Areeiro with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!

The living room area is light and airy with a beautiful, cozy design and lovely finishing touches. Hang out with your friends or family, make yourself at home! It is a warm and inviting space, where you can comfortably relax.

If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the small but stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here!

The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You'll have a double sofa bed in the living room, where 2 more people can sleep.

Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower.

You will have the whole place to yourself.

You'll be received by a 'greeter' from the HOMEFUL team, a short-term management service who knows Lisbon like the back of their hand! If you have any questions about your stay, they are always available for you.

Located to the north of the old downtown center of Lisbon, Roma-Areeiro is a busy and vibrant neighborhood that mixes modern architecture with green spaces, bars, and restaurants. You can take a stroll or enjoy a sit down in the green space of the Jardim Fernando Pessa or the beautiful nearby Parque da Bela Vista. "Nimas" cinema and "Maria Matos" theatre provide excellent cultural offerings here, and with the Roma-Areeiro and Areeiro Metro stations, the neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city and the airport.

For a bite to eat, "A Cidade" is a very reasonably-priced place to grab a traditional Portuguese lunch. Meanwhile, Restaurant "O Pote" is a seafood specialist, serving delicious fresh fish and shellfish dishes and "Casa dos Pasteis de Nata" is a perfect place for breakfast or brunch, with the traditional Portuguese custard tarts being their specialty.

Close to the apartment is the Alameda subway station, part of the red and green line. From the airport, you can take the subway directly to the flat, to ALAMEDA station. It will take 25 minutes.

- The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed.
- Late Check-in: Please note there will be extras fees after 20:00, according to the arrival time.
- Guests will be charged €40 for lost keys or lockouts.
- Hot water: the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.
- IDs from all guests (children incl.) will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
- Please turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.
- Cleaning matters will only be taken into account within the first 24 hours.
