Just completely renewed apartment in a great location to reach in few minutes all most important roman spots. The Apartment is on the second floor with lift with two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom,a living room with 1 airmchair bed and a sofa, table with seats for all guests and tv,a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, two bathrooms with shower and a big balcony.
Our guests will have free air conditioning, internet wifi, heating,washing machine,bed sheets,bed linen,hair dryer,iron.
Tram n 8 is 5 minutes walk from the house.
The tram in 5 minutes will take you to Trastevere train station, in 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Trastevere and in 15 minutes will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.
From Piazza Venezia can reach the Colosseum and Fori Romani in 10 minutes,Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain and Pantheon in about 15 minutes.
The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then tram n. 8 for 5 stops ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) then 5 minutes walk
otherwise from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive to Termini train station and from there take the bus H ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) that will leave you at 5 minutes walk from the house.
On request we can provide a pick up service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
There is an additional cost for late check-in (after 8.00 p.m. )of €25
For stay longer than 28 days, electricity and gas are paid according to consumption.
(Elettricity €0,30/kw and €1,00 m/cubo). A deposit for utilities of € 200 will be required for long term stays.
