The private room was designed in Indochine & old Hanoi style, on a small quite alley Thuy Khue str, nearby West lake and easy to access to Hanoi Old Quarter and Ho chi Minh Museum. This room is on 2 floor, having antique furniture & a nice private bathroom.
One public living on ground floor :
* Television
* Washing & dry machine
* Small kitchen with stuffs
* Fridge with mineral water. ( small one : 5,000vnd, big one : 10,000vnd)
* Change towels everyday,cleaning & bed sheet every 3 days.

- The room has around 30 m2, with full of antique furniture and special bathroom.
- The bathroom is new and clean, decorating with natural stone tiles and bronze sink.
- It takes only 2 minutes to reach West lake on foot.

The guest welcome to use all of things at public living room on the first floor :
- Small kitchen for simple cooking: electric cooker, pots, pan, bowls, spoons...
- Television, fridge, Washing and dry machine, iron and iron board.

- I & Ms Cuc, a co host, are not the apartment all of time but i am available for messages, callings on phone, what apps, viber, zalo...
- if you need pick up and drop off service, we can arrange it for you.

Our place is very close to Westlake, so it's very suitable for the guest who loves the outdoor activities like running, walking, biking...around the beautiful Westlake.
* If you want to rent a bike, there is a Bike rental at 45 Trich Sai street. It is close from our house*
For motorbike rental, please let me know if you want to rent. I will support you.

There are some of local food and coffee shop where you can enjoy vietnamese cuisines.

From Noi Bai airport, you can take the Bus No.90, then get off at Văn Cao street. From Van Cao street, it just takes several minutes to arrive our house.
It is really easy to catch or get taxi, grab and even bus.
It takes 8 minutes to Ba Dinh Square by motorbike and taxi, and 30 minutes for walking.

It takes 15 minutes to Old Quarter and 45 minutes by walking.

The guest has to pay through our money box if they would like to use something as below:
- Some cool drinks like mineral water, beers..
- We change towels 5 days a week, except Saturday and Sunday.
