What we offer is a fully furnished, cozy and comfy 31sqm 2BR with an 2 AC units & ceiling fan at the living room. The 1st bedroom has a Semi double size bed wt Pullout Single bed 2nd bedroom has a single bed perfect for couples and friends. The living room has a 40" Smart tv and a pecfect sofa with the elegant background of bricks. This is perfect for a small or medium family or a group of barkada.

Fully furnished 2BR unit. We set up the second room we put a computer table best for those who want to work just bring laptop. We removed the bedframe but you can still use the 6 inches bed foam.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. POOL USAGE
- Only 2 guests can use the pool at the rate of P150.00 per head on weekdays and P300.00 per head for holidays
- Free for infants up to 2 years old

** Free usage of swimming pool up to 4 persons for minimum of 3 weeks stay

2. PARKING FEE
- Inside Trees Residences:
P300 per night

- Outside Trees Residences (Alfa Mart area)
P30.00 for the first 2 hours then P10.00 for
every succeeding hours

STANDARD RULES:
1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside condominium premises.

2. NO HEAVY Cooking and sauteeing. Guest is responsible for any fine that may incur in the event of an alarm (due to possible heavy smoke from cooking).

3. Loss or damaged key/s will be charge of P500.00

4. Any broken items in the unit will be charged accordingly.

5. Stained linen will be charged accordingly.
