Self contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Apartment. Clean, secure designated car park, security cameras. WIFI. Walking distance to some great cafes, restaurants. Walking distance to Free Yellow Cat Bus. Very Close to the Crown Casino and Optus Stadium.

Apartment is older, but cosy and clean and so close to some amazing easy to get to places, worth a visit.

All linen, towels, t towels supplied, some kitchen condiments and the like of Glad Wrap, Alfoil all available for use.

Guest have access to two bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, toilet, open plan dining and lounge, full kitchen.

I am available to answer any questions you may have during and before your stay, either by email, text, phone call.

Quiet peaceful area but close to CBD. Claisebrook Cove, lovely restaurants and cafes. IGA Supermaket, very close to the Restaurants on Riverside Drive. New Optus Stadium will be a nice stroll from the Apartment. The Royal on Waterfront, Toast, Kinky Lizard, a Chemist, Hairdressers and numerous small Restaurants from Thai, to Korean all at walking distance from Apartment.

Free Yellow Cat Bus walking distance from Apartment approx 100metres, Claisebrook Train Station within walking distance as well. Definitely no car necessary if you don't want to hire.

No reception, so key pick up arrangements to be made prior to arrival.

I will generally meet you onsite to give you a brief run down on how everything works, but if you are coming out of normal business hours I can arrange pick up of key etc.
