This listing is for the lower ground of house, A very spacious 3 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms with Hot showers 3 Airconditioned bedrooms, It can accomodate 12 persons it has 2 queen beds,2 Single Beds and 1 King size and for the extra guests are twin size Airbeds only. The house has a very large open plan living kitchen and dinning area, it's perfect for A large group, Team building or a Family get away accommodation. A good size well equiped kitchen and a large Entertainment room where you can watch Films or local TV, Cable is provided to maximize enjoyment in this room keep the door close and get the AC going! Great for Family bonding too, You will love this house as it has a good size garden great for barbeque and enjoying night drinks with friends and family under the stars. Suitable for large groups and family with children. We can also arange transport going to Santa fe or Bantayan town, Motorbike hire and Pump boat for Island hoping. We have 2 dogs that roam around outside by the garden, they are friendly dogs.Kids welcome! And If you want to swim with privacy and have the untouched feel of the nature for a few steps down right beside the Villa,you can enjoy a small white sandy beach exclusively for you.

There's two main access in this house. The kitchen access and the main entrance with a small terrace. Shared main gate. Theres a spiral stair case on this property access for the guests on the top floor. We have another accomodations listed on this property.

Me and my staff are available from 8 am till 10 pm. We sell drinks and some bits and pieces for your cooking needs just pls ask the reception.

I have alll foriegn neighbourhood, quiete area and very close to the white sand beaches and next to Ogtong Cave beach Resort.Restaurants and Bars are all close enough to get there by tricycle or motorbikes, they serve International Food. Most bars and restaurants are owned by Expats who now lived in the island.

Most locals use motorbike as their means of transportation. You can hire a motorbike here for 300 per day. Getting around and enjoying the scenery is best by motorbike ride. If you are not confident on Motorbikes you can always rent a Push bike to safely roam around Santa Fe. We try to stay in contact with our guest during their travels to Sta. Fe so we know what time you will arrive, It's important to us to let us know what time ferry you are taking so we can arrange a transportation for you to pick you up from the port of Sta.fe to the house with our trusted Tricycle driver his fee is 30 pesos per person.

We are near the Ruins and Cliff diving area. Quiet Area, Sea View, Close enough to Local Market, Grocery Store, Bars and Restaurants and Beach Resorts. Some of the clip of the 2016 Camp Sawi was filmed few meters away. Travelling time to Sta.fe from Cebu City takes about 3 1/2 hrs if you commute by Bus depends on traffic and an hour ferry ride from Hagnaya port to Sta.fe
