The spacious Minang Villa in Alamanda Villas Langkawi will take your breath away with its traditional Malay architecture and an unrivalled rice field view. The surrounding village is known for its serenity, accompanied by the lush green carpet of paddy fields.

Located just 15 min-drive from the lively Cenang Beach area, the space features: 2 bedrooms with A/C (1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds), hot and cold showers, airy living room, kitchen, veranda, and baby cot upon request.

Alamanda Villas Langkawi are tropical villas situated at an idyllic location, which offers magnificent panoramic views over the paddy fields and mountains. It consists of 5 guest villas decorated in a mix of traditional Malay architecture and contemporary design; namely Hilltop Villa, Minang Villa, Tropical Wooden Villa, Markisa Villa and Garden Villa, all offering different views and unique features.

Our Minang Villa lets you enjoy the most amazing view of the sun-kissed paddy fields in Langkawi. Enjoy a peaceful respite to the sound of the nature and feel the breeze as you recline in your hammock on your veranda.

You can also head down to the communal infinity pool for a nice swim, or chill at the nearby lounge area to enjoy your retreat.

Be one with nature during the day with the tropical birds and the occasional troop of monkeys, and at night with a magnificent sunset and star-studded skies!

Note that there is no public transportation in Langkawi except Grab service; therefore, we strongly recommend that you rent a scooter or car (hired or self-drive) to explore the island. There are parking spaces inside our property for our guests to park their cars/scooters.

If there is any problem or you might have a question, or simply want to learn more about Langkawi and the local culture, we have staff available on site most of the time to help you. Guests can reach us easily as we live here in Langkawi and onsite.

The island is our neighbourhood. The property is within 15 minute drive of most of what Langkawi Island can offer, but far enough that you feel the quiet serenity of the central island.

- A few different beaches in Langkawi are reachable within 15-20 min drive.
- The airport in Padang Matsirat is a 15-min drive.
- The bustling Ulu Melaka Night Market which is held every Monday is a 5 min-drive from our place.

Since we are in the middle of the Island, we highly recommend you to rent a car or a scooter for you to be able to explore the Island, visit the tourist attraction places and enjoy the beaches and restaurants. Please note that there is no convenient public transport on the island, except for Grab service (similar like Uber) which you can download beforehand.

Our Minang Villa is ideal for couples or a family of 4, looking to enjoy a break from the city life. While ideally set up for 2 persons, we also have room with bed for three available should you wish to accommodate more guests.
