Our property is tucked behind lush greens where guests can enjoy the cool breeze and marvel at the flock of migratory birds passing by. Our air-conditioned deluxe villa has a comfortable double bed with a private toilet & bath, a balcony and your basic essentials. We can accommodate up to three guests for an additional charge. Our common area boasts of a well-equipped kitchen & a spacious dining & workspace where guests can cook, read, exercise, relax and even work while enjoying the view.

Our property is located away from the hustle and bustle, only two minutes away from the famous surf spots of Jacking Horse & Cloud 9 and six minutes away from General Luna town proper by motorbike. We can assure our guests a peaceful and comfortable stay after a full day of surfing and exploring the island.

I live within the property so guests will be able to reach me, should they need any assistance or have any immediate concerns. Otherwise, I give them the freedom to roam and explore the island themselves while giving them tips & tricks on how to enjoy the island "local-style". :)
