Electric and water is not included and have to be paid separately by usage before check out.

The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes, which is close by the famous Black Mountain golf course in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes have a common area at Orchid 1 with restaurant / bar, common pool area with pool section for children, pool table and dart. There is 24 hours security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is 5km from Hua Hin city. Some local shops and restaurants walking distance from the villa. Grab or Foodpanda is available in the area. Delivery also available from Orchid restaurant. Full menu is in the villa folder.

We can arrange any type of transport upon your requests. Taxi to/from airport, Tuk Tuk, bike, car- rental or local taxi. Minivan or taxi include driver is also available. We have motorbikes for rent & 2 mountain bikes (his/her) free of charge for our guests.

Electric and water is to be paid separately by usage before check out. Electric is 8 baht per unit KWH and water is 60 baht per unit m3.
