My apartment is a spacious modern apartment with high end finishes. It overlooks Margate Beach, there’s a mall close by and shops just down the street. The view and comfort is to die for. Watching the sun set over the ocean as you braai on your gas grill and have sundowners is the cherry on top.

The area where my apartment is located is very quiet. It overlooks the ocean. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, feels very touristy.

The best way to get around is by car, or bike. But you can definitely also walk to the shops and the beach which is a 10 minutes stroll away, meter taxis available.
