DEK DOI
We started renting out the top floor bedrooms of our family house in 2017. After a couple good reviews, we were fully booked for the next 6 months. Since then, we have evolved into a boutique property company, renting out and managing more guesthouses, properties and resorts. We have trail blazed hyper-local and adventurous tourism in Chiang Dao. Our social media platforms highlight identity, raw authenticity and the celebration of real moments. We aim to help guests explore the magic of Chiang Dao whilst leaving with unforgettable experiences.

This is one of Chiang Dao's most beautiful estates and we have had the opportunity to re purpose her into a petit resort. The property is about 30 years old and constructed with some of the finest local artisans and carpenters at the time. Golden teak wood detailing and tasteful decorations really make this place stand out. The estate has so much history in the detailing, collections of art and architecture in general. We are fortunate to be able to keep her running and share the space with our guests.
WHERE
We are located about 2km outside of Chiang Dao town. If you are staying here and want to explore all the surrounding sights, we highly recommend you have transportation. We have parking available. We can help organise scooter rental upon arrival.
THE GARDEN
The estate sits on more than 20 rai of well kept, mature gardens and grounds. A variety of fruit trees, herbs and older indigenous hardwood trees. There are also friendly cows and horses roaming around the estate. The pool is private for our guests and is regularly cleaned and maintained
ROOM 1
The room is large with an en suite bathroom and large doors that open onto the balcony. The room has air con but it is very well ventilated and if you have the windows open it is very cool. It can get cold in winter and we have extra blankets if needed. It has a queen size bed. The room has a large built in teak wood closet and draws for your clothes. The room is on the second floor. There is a common area outside with tables and chairs that is shared with guests from room 1 and room 2.
THE ROOM 2
The room is connected with an en suite bathroom and Lanna style teak windows that help ventilate the room. The room has air con and funky tiled bathroom floors and walls. It can get cold in winter and we have extra blankets if needed. It has a queen size bed. There is a common area outside with tables and chairs that is shared with guests from room 1 and room 2.
ROOM 3
The room is large with an en suite bathroom. Room 3 is a renovated Lanna rice barn. Decorated with local art work and collectibles from adventures around the world. It has all the features of a modern room such as air con, comfortable bed and hot water. The room looks out onto the pond and you can open the windows to feel a fresh breeze. It can get cold in winter and we have extra blankets if needed. It has a queen size bed. The room has a large teak wood closet and draws for your clothes.
ROOM 4
The room is large with an en suite bathroom. Room 4 is more secluded from the other villas. It's on the second floor and you must climb some stairs. It's very spacious with a small working desk and comfortable chairs inside and outside. There is also a spacious built in wardrobe for all of you clothes and possessions. The room is airy and you can open the windows for extra light and breeze. The room is surrounded by mature trees, there is a lot of shade and sounds of birds. There is aircon in the room.
ROOM 5
The room is very large with an en suite bathroom. Room 5 has a lot of space, a small desk inside and a sofa. Decorated with local artwork and art from around the world. There is aircon in the room and the room keeps cool as it is shaded by large trees. This room also has a private courtyard with a pond. 2 large comfy deck chairs and a table and chairs. Great for a couple with pets.
ROOM 6
The room is situated in a cosy teak wood Lanna style villa with funky decorations and a clean private bathroom. The villa is situated next to the main swimming pool and is surrounded by gardens and trees. The villa has aircon. This is one of the smaller villas but for a couple looking to just relax its the perfect place to recuperate.
