It has 5 bedrooms, with the coziest beds , one common room, and a kitchen with all the required amenities. Ideal for tourist,students and working professionals.
"Raahgir" is a 50 year old property with a unique and vintage charm to it . We have 4 private bedrooms for guests , 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and the 4th room has two bunk beds, total 11 people can be easily accommodated., common access for the owners and the guests who have booked their stay at the property is given for the washrooms, kitchen and the common area to unwind and spend some quality time with your friends and family. It has got a very lively and colorful interior which mirrors the life of city perfectly.,Guest can play some board games, watch TV, or maybe play some music or read a book at any time of the day or night. We have a huge terrace which can be accessed 24/7

Pilgrimage-
‘Raahgir’ is situated in Panchavati at a stroll from temples like Kapaleshwar, Ram mandir, Naroshankar, Goda ghat, etc. Centuries old wadas are also located in Panchavati, which are the architecture heritage of Nashik!
We provide services like heritage walks and photography tour of the old area of Panchavati on weekends on prior notice at an additional cost.
Wineries-
Nashik is also known as the Wine capital of India and is blessed with a beautiful weather most suitable for grapes farming, and ‘Raahgir’ is located at a distance of 14 to 20 kms from the famous vineyards!!
There are almost 30 functional wineries in and around Nashik!!
You can go winery hopping and enjoy the different wines produced here or can just experience a vineyard tour and enjoy the local food!!
Nature and Adventure activities-
Nashik is a scenic place blessed with amazing mountain ranges, with some fascinating flora and fauna. Nashik has a religious, cultural, historic and aesthetic importance to it, and we help you discover the unseen, the unheard, away from the public eye, few of the most beautiful places in India.
We also arrange trekking, rappelling, and camping trips in and around Nashik, at an additional cost and on prior notice.
For the adventurer in you trekking spots like Anjaneri hill, Brahmagiri, Kalsubai hill, Bhandardara dam, Pandavleni, Sandhanvalley, Harihar fort, etc are located at a distance of 15 to 60 kms from ‘Raahgir’
One can enjoy bird watching and wild life in Wildlife sanctuaries like Nandur madhyameshwar. The best season to visit the sanctuary is from September to march of the year.
Yoga and meditation-
Practice meditation and holistic living at meditation centers like Vipassana, located in Nashik and Igatpuri.

If you’re here to simply lay low and relax, we have enough board games like Pictionary, UNO and Jhenga to entertain you. We also have unlimited Wi-Fi connection and a TV in the common room. We believe that travel has to be experienced with local food and real experiences. (Please take into account that this is a live-in house and the property is host's house- we request you to treat all assets with care and caution as most of them are irreplaceable and of heritage and sentimental value.)
Kitchen facility-
Kitchen and meals - the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas, a refrigerator and a water purifier. - We serve home-cooked meals on Sundays on prior notice at an extra cost. The cook prepares set meals for all of the guests in breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The timings of that are: 9 am-10.30 am – breakfast, 1:30-3 pm - lunch , 7:30- 9 pm - dinner - in case of any special meal demand, you need to give an advance notice and it will be subject to availability. - Visitors can use the kitchen. But, if you wish to self cook , you have to get your own groceries and ingredients. All primary groceries are available close to the house itself. Crockery is provided for 13 people.
The best season to travel and explore Nashik is winter season...but Rains brings all together a wonderful experience for all the nature lovers, with the lush greenery surrounding Nashik!!

Our is a two storey building, and Raahgir is located on the first floor.
The common space , hall, kitchen and washrooms are shared with the owners and other guests.
Raahgir is located in Panchavati, which is the oldest part of the city. Its well connected and all the temples and Godavari ghat is at a walking distance.
Also not to forget all the foodies... Nashik is famous for a variety of local dishes ..the most famous being Nashik misal pav!!
You will easily get autos, and buses near the property.
The area is safe and secure for all types of travellers!!
Shopping markets , vegetable markets, grocery store are all present nearby.
Local transport like city buses and Rickshaws are available at walking distance, you can also hire cabs and commute.
