This modern, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground-floor apartment is situated 2 miles from Coventry city centre, 5 minutes walk from Coventry Business Park and the Sainsbury's superstore and 2 miles from the University of Warwick. Also a short walk to some nice pubs, bars and restuarants with easy access to public transport and the M42/M6/M1 motorways. Our place is ideal for couples, families, business travelers, contractors and students. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has it's own private entrance and hallway leading into an open-plan, contemporary living space with plenty of room to chill out and relax. Kick back on the sofa, enjoy the high definition smart TV and log onto the high speed Virgin Media Wifi. Knock up a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots & pans you might need and sit down at the dining table and enjoy your cooking. Watch a nice movie on Netflix with a glass of wine. Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on the new Silentnight beds.

The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, a useful en-suite bathroom with power shower and built-in wardrobes. The other bedroom has a single bed and built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath tub, toilet and hand basin. Nice fluffy towels and toiletries are all provided for your comfort. Outside is a pretty communal garden and allocated parking space for your car.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, private entrance, shared use of the communal garden and exclusive use of the allocated parking space.

We like to give our guests their own private space with self check-in and social distancing but we're always available on the app if you need to contact us.

Coventry will be the 2021 UK City of Culture, only the third city in the UK to receive the award. There are some good shops, resturants, a theatre, the Cathedral, museums and leisure facilities in Coventry. Nearby is the Ricoh Arena (home of Wasps rugby) and the SkyDome Arena (Coventry Blaze ice hockey) The UK headquarters of Jaguar Land Rover are nearby in Whitley.

McDonalds, Starbucks, Greggs, Sainsbury’s, Argos, the Co-Op, KFC and Domino’s are all within walking distance of the apartment if you want to do some shopping or like a take-away.

Canley train station is less than a mile away with trains to Coventry, Birmingham New Street and the NEC. Birmingham International airport is 10 miles away. The city of Birmingham is a 30 minute drive and the towns of Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Nuneaton and Royal Leamington Spa are all accessible by car.
