Unlike common hotel, our accommodations include futuristic open concept sleeping area, living halls, kitchen with all necessary equipment and a panoramic view of the lush green landscape, hall equipped with audio system, library, unique furniture and toilets. We run on sustainable solar power and use chemical free water filtration system

Our place is good for corporate events, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

At The Plantation you can consider following activities as kind of team building or family activities. We provide the tools, facilities and basic guidance and you need to lead the activities yourself.



Cooking/ BBQ in our fully equipped kitchen. We encourage our guests

to cook by themselves over here. Enjoy preparation of your favourite

food surrounded by nature with your family members, friends or

colleagues and this is a very good team building.

During your stay, we will be hosting you and your group at The Plantation. Feel free to contact us and we will assist you accordingly. We will try our best to make sure your trip become one of the wonderful stay in your life.



Our resort is Located near to Karak old town that consist of unique culture from the local people (Malay, Chinese, Indian and Native people "Orang Asli"). You can enjoy the fresh local fruit that selling along the road before you arrive to our resort.

The Plantation is surrounded by the nearby orchard, river and also hill. It is a good place for a good that love outdoor or nature.



There is free parking at The Plantation. We do not provide any transfer service.



Our accommodation is open concept unit. During rainy season, you need to pull down all the binding to make sure the rain do not effect your stay. You also can bring along your insect repellent to make sure you and your group have a wonderful stay.House Rules:- Any loud music need to be stop after 10.30 pm

- Guest need to clean all the dishes and cooking equipment after used

- All the sport equipment (Ball, net, tube, life jacket and etc) need return back after used.

- Smooking is allowed (The tip of cigarrete need to be keep in proper place - Dustbin)

- Alcohol is allowed

- Guest is encourage to cook and prepared your own food

- BBQ equipment is provided

- Heavy power consumption appliances like Hair dryer, rice cooker, water heater is not allowed at our site

- Our resort is eco friendly resort that promoting the Green energy. We use solar power as our main supply.

- All our power source will be turned off by 12 am every night to promote energy conservation, and also to encourage our clients to indulge themselves in the wonderful nature.

- Please be reminded to bring along mosquito repellent, personal toiletries and sufficient clothes for your wonderful stay.

- Air conditioner, water heater and Wi-Fi is not available at our site, but we believe you will have a better connection among your members.

- You need to ensure your own safety and well-being during your stay at The Plantation. We will not responsible for any injuries and damaged that occur during your stay, and we reserve the right to request you to leave the property shall you or any of your members drunk or misbehaviour or damage the property and subsequently causing hazardous and interruption to other guests.

- Additional pax (more than 16 pax will cost extra charge) RM 190/Pax

- No fridge is provided. Guest need to bring your own ice to keep fresh your food ingredients. Big ice box is provided.
