The Villa sits directly on the sand at Kalim and enjoys breathtaking West Coast sunset views over Patong Bay. At high tide the water is good for snorkeling right in front of the Villa out to a protected reef. At low tide, the beach is rocky and exploring the rock pools and reef walking is best done with old sports shoes. No jetskis, no beach sellers, no hassle.



This Villa is all about the beach and outdoor living. The 17 meter salt chlorinated swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi are right outside your lounge and the only thing between you and the beach – all yours to enjoy. Surrounding the pool are modern pool recliners and oversized beach towels as well as a range of seating options and the poolside sala.



On the lower level of the Villa are 3 bedrooms – two with private ensuite. One of the bedrooms is a double, the other is a twin. The third bedroom is a single bedroom with access to a separate bathroom located off the kitchen.



On the upper level are 2 double bedrooms, each with private en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a small lounge with flat screen TV and an extra fold out sofa bed which is ideal for any young children that might need supervision. This bedroom en suite bathroom connects to the fitness room which can be converted to a sofa bedroom.



On the complete other side of the villa, with separate staircase access to another upper level, is a king size bedroom with private living room, en suite bathroom, all with sea views.



All 6 bedrooms are fully air conditioned and furnished with lovely fresh linens and towels, as well as robes and slippers to relax around your Villa.



Guests have private access to their own swimming pool, manicured garden, beach front, and all villa facilities. The villa is rented to one group at a time. A private fitness room is located on the second level which can convert to sofa bedroom. Staff can provide concierge services. Private full time chef and maid. Conference room with two desks and one computer, free wifi, three dining areas, multiple living rooms.



I remain in contact with our guests from the moment of contact for the reservation until their departure. I manage the villa on behalf of the owner, our staff is in constant contact with me regarding the comfort of our guests.



Kalim Beach House has the best beach frontage in combination to the best access to all of Phukets hot spots. Being on the west to coast to enjoy sunsets, and mid location to easily access both north and south districts, the villa is ideal for both tranquility and action. Patong Beach is less than 2 minutes away, Kamala beach is less than 10 minutes away.



Our staff will organize your transport upon request, tuk tuks, the thai version of taxis can sit up to 10 adults, can reach the villa in moments and scoot you around town so easily at reasonable cost, these open air taxis are so fun. Otherwise we can organize a more luxurious style transport such as minibus with driver or SUV 7 passenger Toyota Fortuner with driver for full days to save on your expenses, as multiple taxi expenses can add up.



Our standard rates include one round trip airport transfer, including one round trip airport transfer, English Speaking manager, daily chef and maids, light babysitting, welcome package and welcome drinks, Wi-Fi and cable, linens changed every three days and towels changed as necessary, toiletries and hairdryer in every bathroom.House Rules:smoking outside using ashtrays is permitted, no smoking is permitted indoors.
