Walking, bicycle or motor scooter for immediate area and car with driver recommended for longer excursions.House Rules:- Guests more than 10 persons will be charged $50/night per guest

- Young children should be supervised

- Staff will turn lights and air cons off in rooms when guests are out or rooms not being used

- Housekeeping: Upon new arrivals all linens will be clean and fresh. While guests are in residence, bed sheets and bathroom towels will be changed every 3 days. Robes and duvet covers weekly.

-Parties and special events need owner approval

-Chef Services. Chef and staff have been trained and are comfortable with the set villa menu. If guests would like to deviate away from the set menu they must be tolerant of outcome.
