The beach is acknowledged as one of the 10 best beaches in the world by the international wind-surfing and kite-surfing sportsmen. Balok hosts the Balok Wind Challenge or Kuantan Challenge annually and participated by top sportsmen and women from all over the world.

The beach is famous for its seafood and Thai food restaurants.

3) Early check-in / late check out is possible, base on availability, please inquiry. Attention: Late check out without informing the owner is chargeable.

4) Parking Lot provided inside the building at Level 2A.

5) Daily housekeeping is available for an extra charge. Please inquiry.

6) Please wash dishes after use. Please throw rubbish daily (if is wet) to refuse chamber room if stay over 2 days.

7) We are not responsible for any loss of your belongings during your stay. For safety, please lock the main door all the time.

8) Please keep voice low after 12am as this is a residential condominium.

9) Please keep your shoes inside, on the shoe rack.

10) Please keep the house clean & tidy, too dirty/messy will incur extra cleaning fees depending on the cleaning needed for the item e.g. carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning, etc

11) Only 'halal' food is allowed in the unit

12) Refundable deposit of RM 150 before checking in is required. We will refund the deposit upon confirmation of no damage/missing items or extra cleaning needed for the unit from the housekeeper
