Public area accounts for half of total area, including 15,000 sqm swimming pools, gardens, and gyms. A Thai seafood restaurant (Chom Thalay) is nearby at walking distance. The complex is very well maintained and won Leisure Development Thailand Award from International Property Award 2012 - 2013.

Room is on 6th floor of Condo B in Boathouse Residential Complex. Guests have 180 degree view of the sea from the living room/ balcony as well as the bathroom. Room size is spacious at 65 sqm, which is larger than usual for 1-bedroom apartment. Bedroom has King-size bed and can accommodate 1-2 persons or a family with a small child. However, the living room is quite spacious and can accommodate additional 1-2 guests with additional mattresses (not provided). Equipment in the kitchen area includes a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave oven, an electric pot, plates, utensils, and coffee cups.

Guests have access to all facilities at Condo B and in public areas including swimming pools, tennis courts, and gym facilities. There are swimming pools at Condo B, and free-form swimming pools that continue from Condo B to the beach.

Boathouse Complex is about 7-8 km from central Hua Hin. You can take a shuttle van into Hua Hin at about THB300. Another option is hire a van for a day, which typically costs THB 1,200.

The complex is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You can jog or bring a a bicycle to ride around within the complex. There are coin-operating washing machines located near the tennnis court. The Condo also provides laundry service, but it could take several days and is more expensive. There is also a Family Mart convenience store on the main road, where you turn left into the small street leading to Boathouse Complex.
