Experience living in a village-like area in total comfort and safety. Situated in Kg Baru ("New Village"), this hidden gem of an enclave right in the center of KL (Kuala Lumpur) has been in existence for over a hundred years and many houses are still in their original, wooden form and structure.
Located just 2.4km from the Petronas Twin Towers (30 min walk or 10 minutes by car; in full view of your window or verandah), Kg Baru offers a view of kampung/village life that not many can experience.

Our family professionally operates our own 48-unit apartment complex that has been in operation since the year 2005. We have only recently converted a couple of our units into Agoda units as it provides visitors a unique experience of living in a village but in total comfort and ease.

All of the units as well as their own private verandah, including the front garden terrace on the mezzanine floor of the apartment complex.

Relax, if you need me, I'm just a phone call away if you need help with the unit, assistance on getting local transport, and tips/suggestions on where to go sightseeing, eat, or shop for any particular item in KL.

Kg Baru has been in existence for more than a hundred years and still retains most of its village charm, architecture, and food outlets. Most of the daily visitors to this area come for their tasty and authentic food outlets within a walking distance from anywhere in the enclave. The nearest LRT station is just a 600-meter walk (8 min) through other people's (unfenced) kampung houses/property which would enable you to view them up-close and personal.

Grab (which has taken over Uber's local operations; download their app when in Malaysia), taxis, all are familiar with our location. The nearest LRT (Light Rail Transit) station is Kg Baru station, located about 600 meters away with only one stop to KLCC (Petronas Twin Towers) and four stops to KL Sentral (connection to all major trains including KLIA Express to both KLIA and KLIA (budget/Air Asia) airport.

Our location is safe (we have a manned 24-hour security system in place) and convenient as most Grab and taxi drivers are familiar with it. If using Waze, just type "Omar Ali Villa". Free parking is provided for guests (upon request).

This apartment is on the 1st floor of a walk-up apartment. There is no lift.
