-This is a loft unit located at mid floor with full glass window facing a very nice Green hill forest.

-Bedroom is located at mezzanine floor. Interior design is using white as base color, bright and clean. Together with grey tiles and electic furniture, everything are set in modern minimalist style.

-Kitchen with induction cooker and some basic cooking equipment. We also provide Wifi broadband, TV box, Washing machine, Fridge, and Air Purifier.

*This unit is completed with 1 x Queen Size Bed and 2 x Sofa bed. Maximum can fit in 4 people.
*There are 2 washrooms. The one located on top is complete with water heater shower. Whereas the one downstair is for your convenience only :-)

*You can also choose to do your laundry here. Toilet downstair has a top-loading washing machine. Alternatively, you can also choose to do your laundry at the "self-service" dobi in Level LG. They have washer and dryer.

*Kitchen has induction cooker. Light cooking is allowed but try to avoid heavy cooking as it causes a lot of smoke and smells. This will certainly affect our next guest 's experience in this unit.

*Car park and lobby entrance have Security Guard stationed. Guest has to use access card to enter lift lobby and the access card can only bring you to your designated floor. This has increased the safety and security for all tenant and guest inside the building.

Using Grab (Malaysia e-hailing Service)
- key in Empire Damansara, choose option 7-11 Empire Damansara.
- once you reach Empire Damansara u will have to make a small u-turn in front of Hometown Hainan coffee House, and 7-11 is just 2 doors away.
- go further about 10m, you will see Avenue Bistro, an open air corner shop restaurant on your left.
- ask driver to go in level LG using the entrance in between Avenue Bistro and Qliq Hotel.
- You will have get a parking ticket to go in. No worries, 1st 15 mins is Free of charge (which I think it is more than enough to drop u off)
- The unit is located in SOHO 1. The lobby is on the LEFT hand side about 50 meters after you come in from the car park entrance. (Not the one on right hand side, the 1 on right hand side is studio)
