Mellieħa is one of the northernmost villages of the Maltese islands and overlooks Malta’s largest sandy beach called Mellieħa Bay, also known as Ghadira. The best Maltese sandy beaches - Golden Bay, Paradise Bay, Gnjena Bay, Anchor Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha, Armier Bay, etc are all in the North part of the island. All these beaches are within minutes by bus/ car away from our apartment.
Mellieha has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday.
It’s just a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo.
From the nearby bus stop one can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo and Comino ferry terminus, etc... For those who wish to rent a car, there is ample parking space (free of charge) right outside the apartment
Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week
150 KWh per apartment per week
These consumptions for water, gas and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
0. 42c per KWh for electricity and 8.60 € per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does NEVER include bills of gas, water and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.
