You will have your own key card to access the unit level in the elevator and to enter private entrance .Guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities at level 7 including swimming pools, kids pool, Gym , Sauna etc. But do remember to bring the access card along when you would like to walk around in the apartment.
**You will need the access key card to any place in the apartment.

We provide self check in / out service. However you may contact me by mobile phone, agoda message, sms or whatapps at anytimes .I will always be more than please to assist & provide more information for you when you need me.

We are short stay management team, difference from the hotel. Kindly read our house rules before your check in date to avoid any inconvenient incident or misunderstanding.

we will create whatapps group chat 1 day before your check in date. Self check in instruction will send to you on check in date ( if you had complete the 2 step)
Step 1- Security deposit of RM200 is required before check in instruction send to you
Step 2- Guest detail is required for registration with the building management (a copy of Driving license / passport / NRIC is required send through whatapps group chat)

* Security deposit will be refund via bank transfer after check out within 24hours .

- Strictly No smoking, No parties in the unit
- I m pleased to help for check in earlier if we don't have previous booking
- RM100 per card will be forfeited as penalty if it's lost or damaged for the access card
- RM200 will be imposed if any damage or loss of the carpark acrylic tag
- RM500 will be imposed if smoking in the unit .
