It is only 5 minutes walk to Kilburn High Street and some 8 minutes walk to Kilburn Park Underground Station, Kilburn high street is a place that is full of restaurants and high street shops and is simply less than 20 minutes driving to Maida vale, Edgware Road, Marble Arch & Oxford Street...

The flat has Two bedrooms; a semi square-shaped good size One Double room which comes with a double bed, reasonable size One Single room. The living room has an IKEA Sofa-bed that can be turned into a bed which is reasonably comfortable for One person. The flat got One full bathroom and WC and a fully fitted separate kitchen and comes with a washer dryer, The large Fridge freezer is located in the living room.
The Double room is fitted with a good size Double Bed and a very Big 3-doors Wardrobe. The Single room is fitted with a single-bed.

Kitchen is fitted with an oven, a washing-machine, a Microwave and an electric cooker.

Building has got a nice communal gardens, which can be accessed through the basement.

Flat has been provided with a high speed Virgin Internet Broadband which should be fast enough for your stay.

We do provide the Flat with the basic needs, such as shampoo, hand-wash & toilet papers are also provided. We do also provide bedding & linens and One bath towel per Person. Please note and for Hygienic purposes that I do not supply food items such as; Waters, Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc.

The building has got a lovely communal gardens within the Building compound which can be accessed through the basement floor.

You will collect your keys from my office in Bayswater W2 which is possibly 2 miles or about 20 minutes by car from your flat & the Building on the day you check in. (I will either get you a Taxi to take you the building) or pay you £10.00 and you will take one yourself & You will be only requested to leave the keys inside the flat when you check out date to make it easy for you.

We highly encourage our guests to contact us if they need anything before or during their stay. We are very responsive and our guests' comfort is our priority.

It is a quite nice & vibrant neighbourhood where the flat is located, You will walk 6 minutes and you will be on Kilburn high street, Tesco , Sainsbury's and many international restaurants and many shops are in the area. There is also the famous ABBEY ROAD and regent's park is located on the other side of the property.

For the guests' and neighbours comfort, parties or loud music are not allowed in this apartment to eliminate noise. For the guests' comfort, smoking is not allowed in the Communal Places within the Building.
