This Studio is located in the Lower ground floor ( Basement ) with approximately 17 steps down ( We would not recommend it for those who have issues to be in a basement or indeed ( climbing up and down ) There are 3 large size windows to get some fresh air into it, However there are NO views and they overlooks the side of the building. It is also located 30 seconds from Lancaster Gate underground station, you hear the train travelling under the building.
