This is an average size studio with a double bed, you will have a two doors ikea wardrobe to keep your clothes and other belongings,There is a small Ikea dining table and comes with 4 chairs, a wall hanged 32 inches TV, The flat comes with an open plan kitchen that comes with a washing machine and a microwave.
For the purpose of Hygiene, I do not supply with any sugar or salt, tea or coffee.
The flat is located on the 7th floor with lift, hence it is fairly bright, It is a very busy area and the building itself is busy with guests checking in and out ( It is far from quite ) You will simply love the location, You can literally walk to Marble Arch and Oxford street in 10 minutes, Hyde Park corner and Park lane can also be reached in 15 minutes.
Edgware road itself is a very road, You will a huge variety of Middle Eastern restaurants and takeaway places that stays up till very late hours of the night and some places do operate 24 hours.

You will collect your keys from my office ( which is located in Bayswater W2 ) 0.6 miles away from this location for the flat and leave them on the table on your departure. You can call me or my office if you require any assistance.

This bright 7th floor studio flat is for those who wish to be in a very central location, In a nice sunny day ( you will really pretty much walk to everywhere in the heart of central london ) and not needing to use any public transport.
You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, The choice of food and takeaway is really something you will never run out off ( at pretty much any time day or night )
If you are a light sleeper or worry about noise coming from street or neighbours ( I would not recommend you taking this flat )

Oxford street and Park lane ( 10 minutes )
Loads of buses and public transport ( Please check online ) depending on the location you wish to go to.

This is a very busy part of central london and a very busy building, If you are concerned about noise ( I would not recommend this property for you )
The flat is nice enough for a couple or 2 friends sharing the space,It is very centrally located, It is by no means a luxury flat, Everything works in it,But it is on the older side in terms of furnishing.
