My apartment is indeed surrounded by 4 MTR exists so you don't have to walk !
It is also 5min away from Kowloon High Speed Rail station !

If you are more than 4 people, no problem! I have a sofa bed which can accomodate 2 more people and if you are even more than 6 please simply ask me I can provide you 2 more foldable beds.

You'll be able to use a closet to store all your belongings, clothes, etc...

You'll enjoy a 55-inch android smartTV with TV box to watch all channels or where you can connect your netflix account to watch your favorite shows.

You'll enjoy a lightning speed internet connection at 1000 Mbps.

You also have a very large bathroom with Italian shower and stone walls which I am sure will help you relax after an intense day of visiting Hong Kong.

You basically have access to everything during your stay and of course you don't share any part of it with anybody else.

As for the check in, I have installed a connected smart lock which will allow you to checkin anytime, freely and all by yourself! You'll receive a private and unique PIN which will be valid only during your stay, nobody else can use it!

There is also a building management team with door man and security staff. And there are in total 6 lifts in the entire building..

My apartment is conveniently placed in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, almost everything worth visiting is just 5 minutes walk away!

First transportation is incredibly convenient since there are so many MTR exits all around my building so you have literally just 10 seconds to walk to get into my building!
exits D1 and D2 are both in Carnarvon Road side, exit D3 is in Bristol Avenue side in the famous K11 mall, this exit has a lift in B2 floor which you can take if you have luggage.
exit N5 is in Mody Road side.

The famous Avenue of Stars is at only 5 minutes walk. This is where you can take photos of the famous Bruce Lee statue and also all other famous Hong Kong actors!

This is also where you can see the symphony of lights at 8PM every night: all the famous Hong Kong side buildings illuminate and play light animations all together at 8PM.

Good news for the shopping lovers : my apartment is 5 minutes walk away from the harbour city luxurious mall ! The most mythic luxury brands have their own shop there. You can also find the best fine dining Michelin star restaurants there.
It is also on the opposite side of K11 mall and iSquare mall and less than 5 minutes walk of the Miramar shopping center and the One.
You also can go to the ICC (International Commerce Center) in Kowloon station where you can find many other luxury shop and visit the highest tower in Hong Kong.

If you have children, the science museum and the history museum are also only 5 minutes away from my place! This is surely the best educational activity you could share as a family. In the science museum there so many technologies which are explained with small models. When you look at them everything becomes crystal clear :) There are also plenty of games / activities for energetic children :).

You can find plenty of restaurants in my district, whether you prefer Chinese food, Western food, Japanese food, etc... you'll always find a good restaurant.

If you want to have a drink with your friends I highly recommend to go to Knutsford terrace. With my friends, we always go to "The Port" to have cocktails or to "Joe's billiard" to play darts, billiard, etc ... Here you can feel a very warm atmosphere, see people having fun after work :)

I really love my district Tsim Sha Tsui, everything is so convenient and the atmosphere is just awesome :)

Transportation in Hong Kong is extremely efficient and economical making it one of the easiest places in the world to get around.
My building is in front of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station on Nathan Road.
- It only takes 40mins if you take a bus from the airport, the airport express or a taxi!
- If you come from China border, it will take you 45 min by MTR with the East Rail Line
- If you come with the high speed rail train, take a taxi from Hong Kong West Kowloon station, it is only 5 minutes from my apartment! Otherwise take the West Rail Line MTR, it is only 1 station away from my appartment
