A lovely 2 storey modern maisonette in a quiet area in Kato Paphos, featuring a free street parking spot and its own quiet private balcony at ground floor level viewing the communal swimming pool. A perfect place for families and groups of up to 6 people that are seeking relaxation and quiet. The property is located within a short walking distance from a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Just outside of your door you will find a bus stop that can take you anywhere in Paphos. Additionally, within close proximity you can find a number of beautiful sandy beaches and within a few minutes’ drive you can explore more areas in Paphos to see the Zoo, waterpark, Luna park, more taverns and fish taverns.

On the top floor of the property you will find 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, the master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe and a large balcony with a barbeque and an amazing Seaview that will let the sun come through and fill your batteries with energy and Vitamin D. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. Also, on the upper floor you will find the main bathroom that features a bath, toilet and a sink.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen and a toilet. The living room has modern style sofa-beds (that can comfortably accommodate 2 extra people) and a Smart TV with Netflix.
