Studio One is a freehold residential building in Dubai Marina. The building has 31 floors above and two storeys below the ground. The ground floor of the building has retails spaces and visitors’ parking. Residents of the tower can have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Seba Street.

PARKING -
There is a two-level basement parking in Studio One Dubai Marina. Every apartment is given at least one parking space.

ELEVATORS -
Multiple high-speed elevators in Studio One Dubai Marina provide easy movement throughout the building.

SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES -
The security staff of the building monitors it using CCTV cameras. It also has maintenance staff for quick service.

EVENT SPACE
There is a recreational area in Studio One Dubai Marina that can be used for gatherings and parties.

GYM AND FITNESS FACILITIES -

Other details to note 

•  While we want the experience to be absolutely carefree, the check in/check outs are flexible, depending on the nature of the booking, we always make the supervisors available.
•  The timings need to be followed but no extra charges on request for an additional hour is required.
•  When you enter the apartment, please guide yourself to the table, there will be a Welcome Letter (including the passwords/building information) and a House Rule manual.
•  I recommend you to go through it.
•  A security deposit will always be held with us till the check out to ensure the apartment is in good condition.
•  For your convenience, please provide me with your passport copies beforehand as I need to submit them at the reception. Additionally, I can give you tips for your stay.
•  To drink something at the arrival, there would be complimentary Tea/Coffee/Water.
•  Please feel free to request anything in addition and we will get it prepared for you (On request).
•  Extra Charge for Baby Cot: 350 AED/ Extra Charge for an additional mattress: 250 AED
