Casa D’Arte is one of the most amazing apartments located in the city center- Ly Thuong Kiet Street. The name of Casa D’Arte means the house of art. Casa D’Arte is decorated with artistic style and with a stunning view from the balcony to the street.

Casa D'Arte trong tiếng Ý có nghĩa là ngôi nhà nghệ thuật. Căn phòng được chia thành nhiều phòng nhỏ với các phong cách khác nhau nhưng tông màu vàng chủ đạo đã mang đến một không gian hoàng gia Bắc Âu cổ điển đặc trưng. Căn phòng được chia thành nhiều phòng nhỏ với khu vực tầng 1 và 2:
- Tầng 1: phòng khách, giường ngủ 1, khu vực bếp và phòng tắm với cửa sổ nhìn thẳng xuống đường chính.
- Tầng 2: phòng ngủ 2 và phòng đọc sách gác mái có sofa bed với giếng trời đón trọn ánh sáng.
Casa D'Arte là địa điểm lý tưởng cho nhóm bạn 4-7 người.

Căn phòng nằm trong toà nhà cổ Pháp toạ lạc tại trung tâm thành phố chỉ cách các địa điểm tham quan vài phút đi bộ. Xung quanh với nhiều hàng quán ăn vặt đặc sản Hà Nội. một lưu ý nhỏ là toà nhà đã được xây dựng gần 100 năm nên lối vào và ngõ hơi tối nhưng BAW đảm bảo bạn sẽ ngỡ ngàng khi bước vào nhà.

Case D'Arte is located in 100 years old French building with a unique style that nowhere can be compared with. The first floor with a warm cozy living room and an open classic bed with curtain (no door) and ended with a glass bathroom, modern kitchen, and stunning balcony to the busy street Ly Thuong Kiet. A small garret with another bedroom and private reading and entertainment room. After a busy day going around, a book, a cup of tea, listening to an old song and a view of the street will make your day even better.

Besides that, the apartment is located in a very old French structured building with an ancient dark and scary hallway and stairs. The alley entrance may be narrow and not bright enough, and there are plenty of old houses like Hanoi, but it won't affect your accommodation experience. The security situation in this area is good and the apartment has been redecorated well and will not disappoint you. Just like Alice in Wonderland, a beautiful place is always at the end of the ugly tunnel :).

For a local, a messy and dark alley is a usual thing to see but for a tourist, it may be scary so we will always be there to make sure it is a very safe and great place to stay in Hanoi for you. Please contact us 24 hours before you arrive so we can confirm the check-in instruction.

We are offering you transportation from the airport to our apartment or from the city center to the airport at a very good price (cheaper than a regular taxi). Please let us know when you book our apartment.

We are always happy to assist you in any cases. Don't hesitate to contact us during your stay if you have any questions. We would love to share our ideas about local food, famous attractions, and fun activities.

In order to make sure you have an amazing time in Vietnam, we would love to support you with any tours (around Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Sapa, etc,...). Casa D'Arte is a completely safe and quiet place even it is located in the most crowded streets in Hanoi. The street is also known for many street foods around and this is where you can see the daily life of local people. Take a walk and you will feel a peaceful environment that nowhere could compare with.

Casa D'Arte chỉ cách hồ Hoàn Kiếm và khu vực phố cổ 5-10 phút đi bộ. Dễ dàng di chuyển đến tất cả các điểm tham quan và ăn chơi nổi tiếng.

Situated in the central of Hanoi, it is easy for you to get to all of the famous attractions by walk, motorbike or car:
- Hoan Kiem lake: 5 mins walk.
- Old Quarter: 10 mins walk.
- Ngoc Son pagoda: 7 mins walk.
- Thang Long puppet theatre: 10 mins walk.
- Opera House: 15 mins walk.
- Vietnamese women's museum: 2 mins walk.
- Temple of literature: 20 mins walk.
- West lake (Tran Quoc pagoda): 15 mins by taxi or 20 mins by motorbike.
- Vietnam Museum of ethology: 30 mins by taxi.
- Ho Chi Minh mausoleum: 15 mins by motorbike or 10 mins by taxi.
- Hoang Thanh Imperial Citadel: 15 mins by motorbike or 10 mins by taxi.

When you check-in, we have a formal process for personal identification and authentication for temporary residence declaration. We will take a photo of your passport and there is a form to be filled in. All of your information will be kept secretly.
The only thing we are asking you while you stay in our place is having an amazing and memorable experience in our beautiful Hanoi. And eat like a local :))
