We have 2 apartments on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. They each have a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, couch with cable TV. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, built-in closet, covered balcony and a spacious bathroom with natural lighting. This is in small and quiet building in a cul de sac with villas.

We have 24 hour security in the garage basement and entrance. He can help get you a taxi when needed. If you need any additional help Nic and Lisa the property managers, Mai, the owner of the building (and mom) are available by phone, SMS, email or in person as they all live in the building and happy to help! We also have staff during the day who can help with concierge needs. If you need shopping or cooking to be done, we can help arrange that for you too for a small service fee. Basically, you have a team of people to help you and we are here to make your stay easy and enjoyable!

This is a neighborhood between the airport and the city. We are only 2 streets away from the major street called Phan Dang Luu. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Circle K, a 24 hour convenience store is about 5 blocks away. There is also a Coop Mart 5 minutes away by bike or taxi.

It's recommended to use Mai Linh or Vinasun taxis as well as Uber, Grab Taxi, Grab bike. We can also help you rent a motorbike for 10-15 USD a day.

We do not provide cleaning for the apartment for the duration of your stay. We do offer cleaning for $3.50 or 70,000VND per time. We also offer laundry services for $4 a load or 80,000VND washed and folded. Ironed items are extra.
