SECURITY DEPOSIT:
P1,000. This will be handed over to the caretaker upon check-in. It will be returned upon check-out. This is to ensure that a proper check-out will take place. In any event, that an incident occurs, we have the right to claim the full amount of the security deposit or additional, depending on the damage incurred.

In case of any delay due to unavoidable circumstance, kindly advise us ahead of time.

CHECK-OUT:
12 Noon
Please give us 30 minutes notice before departure, so we can check the room. Failure to check-out by 12:00 p.m. will result in an additional fee for extending a stay. Extension until 12:30 p.m. amounts to P500.00 will be charged.
