You will have full access to the property, this includes a gate key and the Villa keys. Once deposit has been paid, the staff member will induct you in the villa for lights, air conditioning units, bedrooms and washrooms.

I am based in the UK however I am always available on agoda message or via the staff on site. I want guests to fully enjoy their stay with friends or family but I am always available for a chat if you would like to discuss any matters and please leave feedback for our service.

Quiet neighbourhood in a remote location just a 10minute drive from a local beach (Ban Ampur) and great seafood restaurant. We have BBQ equipment on site.

Nearby attractions includes Dolphin Show, Mimosa, Cartoon Network Water Park, Tiger Park, Ramanaya Water Park and the famous Floating Market. All attractions are approx 10 minutes drive!

We strongly recommend you have a car or motorbike or transport organised to get around town. We can help with organising a vehicle. Our vehicles include small cars, 5 door saloon cars and pick up trucks.

A landmark to remember is Dolphin Show (Loma Show).

Electricity - Electricity is free 100units per day (24hrs). Over 100 units, its 10BHT for 1 unit.
Check In - A staff member will check you in and out, provide you with they key.
Location - Its a remote location based next to Dolphin Show Pattaya.
Optional Daily Maid Service- If you require a daily maid service of cleaning beds, communal areas and bins, this is an extra charge of 300BHT. Please message if interested.
