Our apartment is a luxurious and modern studio type in Rivergate Residence complex that is easy for you go reach popular tourist spots in Ho Chi Minh city such as Ben Thanh market, Bui Vien and Nguyen Hue walking street where many tourists gather.In addition, a few walks you can access to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and it's very near Vinh Khanh food street in the night time.
The building has a nice swimming pool, a garden and fitness center. All are free for you.

The convenient store like 7/11, Zakka and Vinmart store right on your doorstep at the ground floor. Especially, the 7/11 store opens 24 hours every day.
The unit is designed by simplicity and elegance you will feel comfortable and warm when staying here.
- Our apartment is fully equipped with air conditioner, 49 inches screen TV, queen bed size with good quality of bedsheet and pillows.
- The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, induction cooker, kettle and some other stuff for you to cook a full meal by yourself.

- It's best for business travelers since we set up a working place, travel couples or small family.
- I traveled a lot before and understand what travelers really need when they come to a new place. You will feel comfortable, safe, and convenient when staying here.

CHECK - IN: After 2:00pm + CHECK OUT: before 12PM( noon). The building has a free Infinity pool and modern gym are on 7th- floor opening 6 am to 10 pm every day. Access Skygarden all day and BBQ area but for BBQ you need to request and registration at the lobby.
To access to my apartment, you use elevators and need an elevator card.

If you need travelling tips or advise when in Ho Chi Minh, please feel free to text me. I am willing to assist you with that. My office is also on the 7th Floor of the building so it's easy for us to assist you. In case I can’t appear to assist right away- don’t worry, my staff will come to assist you.

For commuting, you can use common transportation is Grab or some other prestigious taxi like Vinasun or Mai Linh. At the ground floor, you can see some taxi like Mai Linh or Vinasun parking there as well so you can use these kinds of taxi if you don't want to book Grab.
If you want to experience riding on a motorbike on the crowd street, you can book Grab Bike.

- Bui Vien and Nguyen Hue walking street- just 10 minutes walking.
- Ben Thanh market - 10 minutes walking
- Vinh Khanh street is famous for local food street in the night time- you can see many restaurants served seafood, BBQ, snails and hotpot.. just 5 minutes walking
- Laundry shop is located on Nguyen Huu Hao street- 4 minutes walking.
Vinh Hoi Church- alongside the building- 2 minutes walking.
- Fine Arts Museum is 1.8 km away
- Nha Rong Wharf is a 20-minute walk from the building.
- The park 23/9 is 0.9 km
- Museum of Ho Chi Minh City is 1.5 km
- Notre Dame Church is 1.9 km
- Independence Palace is 1.6 km.

From the airport, it takes you about 30 minutes using a taxi to arrive at my apartment.
For us to have good preparation, please inform us in advance the time you arrive or the time you land in the airport.
