Pls bring government valid ID for security

Pls declare number of guest upon booking to avoid to pay extra charges of 300 PHP per head per day upon checkin at the unit.

A 1000 security deposit upon checkin and to be returned upon checkout as long as no damage in the property.

Add 150 PHP for late chekin 6pm onwards fee for the staff waiting for your arrival.

Strictly NO SMOKING penalty of 1500.
