Newly opened at the start of 2009, the Grand Hotel Kazan is a 4-star property located in one of the city's modern buildings. The hotel's 215 rooms are spread over the 17-floors of the tower and feature panoramic views of the city. Rooms are spacious, neatly designed and of course, all rooms have en suite facilities.
