And when the weather gets too hot (especially in Tuguegarao) you can stay inside (Netflix and chill) with its fully airconditioned sala and rooms. The place is great for families and friends having their vacation here in the wonderful City of Tuguegarao.

Guests can freely access the entire house. Wifi connection is provided. They can also watch movies (Netflix provided) They can grill foods if they want to and just sit and relax with a garden view

Commuting around tuguegarao is not a problem because we have lots of tricycle and kalesa in the city

Going to the house:
If you're riding a tricycle just tell the driver to drop you at "Vargas Nursing Bagay Road" and just walk inside the street (Zinia St.) infront of Vargas Nursing and you'll see the house.

If you have a private car there's no problem because the house has its own private parking garage. Just Waze "FL Vargas College Caritan Campus" and enter the street (Zinia St.) just infront of it then you'll see the house
