Our room was initially designed for private use, so it’s very homy, cozy, efficient, and bigger than most of other studio rooms. It's dedicated to meet the demands of both business & leisure travellers - for couples, solo adventurers, families.

The studio has a super king size bed (200x200), which equipped with premium facilities such as AC, high speed wifi, smart tv+netflix, working desk, and 1 bathroom with water heater.

Folding mattress and extra blanket can be requested with extra charge.

The apt has direct access to Pakuwon Mall and PTC. The biggest shopping mall in Surabaya, that has many branded shops , restaurants, cinemas, drug stores, etc.

We are facilitating self check in, so you can check in anytime after the check in time.

Early check in and late check out could be happenned if we don't have any guest before or after your arrival. Just let us know. However, this is not something we can guarantee because new booking sometimes unpredictable

If you bring a car , we can provide you parking card for 24 hours private parking lot.

Orchard Apartment is located in Pakuwon Superblock at the heart of West Surabaya. Close to United States embassy, National Hospital, etc. You will get all you need during your stay within walking distance.

Always bring the access card wherever you go.
Please do not lose the access card. If you lose it, it will be charged IDR 200.000.
Please turn off Air Conditioner and other electricity while not using it.
Keep it clean and wisely use the provided facilities inside the room.
