The place is not a beach front accommodation but just a 5 minute ride or a 10 minute walk to Laiya's White Beach.

Clara's Guest House is located near the beach resorts, Laiya Adventure Park, Convenience Stores like 7-11, Andoks and other food stalls, St. Joseph Church and police station.

There is an on-going construction in our neighborhood, even so the place is generally peaceful and safe for our guests.

If going to Laiya thru public transportation or bus, the most accessible public bus is the ALPS bus liner, they have daily trips from Cubao to San Juan Batangas and vice versa, and from there, ride a jeep or a tricycle going to Laiya.

Smart has a strong connection. Very weak for Globe.
