The place is great for Families, bachelors, Big Groups and elderly couple and is located on the ground floor. Restaraunts and food supplies are close by and has a fully funcitonal kitchen with induction cooktop and microwave . Located in quite surroundings and beach is just 7-8 mins walk and just a 2 mins drive. It is a studio apartment (525 sq. feet) with a separate bathroom and 1 balconies. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults (king size bed & 2 extra sleep well mattresses) There is a kitchenette area with induction cooktop & microwave with required vessels for you to cook basic meals in the comfort of your apartment. There is a fridge for you to keep food and drinks chilled. A good sized wardrobe that can accommodate your belongings during your stay. A 28 inch LeD TV with Videocon D2h connection to enjoy your entertainment. The bathroom has a hot water geyser which is operated by you so you can have hot water as you require. There is a shower, wash basin and W.C. Daily cleaning is provided and linen will be changed after 3 nights included in the price The Guests have access to the entire apartment and you will not be disturbed , you can come at any time of the day or nyt and we just want you to enjoy your stay in goa I travel often and hence may not be present to welcome you or see you off. However I will keep in touch with you through phone and emails. There is a care taker appointed to look after your needs, we make sure you and your family have a comfortable stay. Should you need any assistance , I am just call/SMS/text message away. Ofcourse Calangute beach and Baga beach are the nearest and most loved place to be for guests. Our apartment is also surrounded by some of the famous places in North Goa that guest frequent and this is all in the vicinity. Few of them are; the World famous night markets like Ingo's and Mackie's, clubbing zones like Tito's, Mambo's ,Club Cabana etc. Candolim with its innumerable restaurants serving local and international cuisine are all within a few minutes drive. Eateries like most sought after Infantaria & hordes of others(if u feel lazy to cook) are available as you walk outside. Thivim is the nearest Railway Station & is just 30 minutes from our apartment. Goa International airport is 42 kms away with easy hassle free access to cabs and other modes of commuting to the destination. Taxis and bikes on rentals are available below the building premise and caretaker will arrange the same for you. Our apartment is airy and an added advantage is the real feel of Goa as the breeze ventilates the apartment . In case u need to get a taxi to the airport or railway station , the caretaker will arrange for the same and while u travel from the airport, railway station to our place there is a 24 hour pre paid taxi service available which you can take when you get down 1) please keep the decibels low and stay peaceful and relax 2) Matured drinking in apartment is allowed 3) if u break anything please pay the caretaker , there is no need to panic or hide as these things happen, be kind is a request 4) if you are traveling with more than 4 guest please seek permission, it's better we
