The space
This villa is offering all you need for your stay in Canggu: just a stone throw away from the hippest bars and restaurants as well as the famous beach and surf spots.

3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer all the comfort you need during your stay. Green jungle views are surrounding this modern industrial villa with a beautiful rooftop to relax.

The 3 rooms have en-suite bathrooms with minimalistic and modern design. Polished concrete, white and wooden elements are dominating the interior while traditional details are complementing the atmosphere. All rooms are airy and bright with big sliding glass doors and views over the lush nature and blue pool. You can be sure to wake up with a good mood!

The common area is offering a comfy couch with TV, the perfect place to relax. The open kitchen is fully equipped and brings all you need to cook or prepare some drinks for the evening. You can choose between open walls and a fresh breeze or closing the large sliding glass doors to turn on the A/C in the living area. This can be life changing on hot days and is everyone's favourite here in Bali!

The private rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have some drinks in the evening before heading out to explore Canggu’s exciting nightlife. Pick bananas straight from the wooden deck outside, have a refreshing dip in the pool from your room or relax and tan on one of the sun loungers that are waiting for you.

Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa and pool, please talk to the manager on site if you wish for more privacy and to arrange times for cleaning. Breakfast can be prepared by the staff as well (on request and extra charge). We can also arrange a private chef, transport, day trips, massage or scooter rentals. Please get in contact with our manager on site and he will do anything to assist you.
Guest access
The road access to the villa is a bit tricky and narrow for medium car size (avanza or larger), we recommend that you use a small car like agya/ayla. Contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
Other things to note
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

*Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.

*Subject to noise/passing in surroundings due to construction next door. Host is not responsible for activity outside of own land.

**We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the (URL HIDDEN) cleaning procedure to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Hand sanitizer is present during your stay, our staff will be wearing mask at all time.**

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for monger staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 8 people which means that the 7th and 8th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
