1 bedroom condominium, Walking Distance to super 8 and SM East. super accessible with nearby restaurants and fast food. The unit is ideal for 2 pax but it can accommodate up to 3 pax using the floor mattress. If you just need a safe place to stay while in the metro, my place is perfect for you.

The property admin, they have allowed a maximum of 2 guests per day to use the pool.

Use only spandex fabric for swim wear as required by property management
Minimal fee for the swimming pool usage which are paid directly to property management.
