Let me walk you through the property.
The property has 2 structures where 7 cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, huge lawns, a sit-out with swing, bonfire, and barbeque (optional).
This Property can host up to 30 - 35 guests (with extra mattresses )

Bedroom:
- The property comprises of 7 bedrooms.
- There are 6 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms, 1 bathroom for common use.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms- Wardrobes are available.

Living area:
- The property has 2 living rooms on the ground floor with wide openings and lake-view offerings.
- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.
- There is a 12-seater outdoor dining table for the guests.

Bathrooms:
- The Property has 6 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Pool:
- The property has a private swimming pool.
- The pool is 4.50 ft. deep.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
-There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around with outdoor patio furniture.

Lawn:
- The property has a large, spacious lawn area with spawning trees - where you can sit under its shade.
- You can sit and have evening conversations over chai at our outdoor seating spaces.

Food:
We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1000/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast before you check out.

The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff)

You can access all areas of the property, whether it's relaxing at the pool or setting up the bonfire, and do take time to watch the sunset by the lake sipping hot beverages :)

Leisurely Lakehouse is opposite picturesque Pawna lake, covering the property on mountain surrounding view

Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometers and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset.

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few KMs are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
